We woke up Saturday morning and needed to be at the airport by 8 A.M. for roll-in. There were some awesome cars still hanging out in the hotel lot. I love this Celica Supra. It was so different compared to everything else we saw during the weekend. It has a retro, JDM, drifter feel to it.
This Prius was also unique because, well, it’s a Prius. Loved the plate too (P SHERMAN). I’d guess they live at 42 Wallaby Way.
I rode to the show with Dakota in his turbo Forester.
When we arrived, there were already a bunch of cars lined up. I hopped out and started photographing them in the moment.
I loved the widebody on this BMW, and the CCW D240’s are an awesome choice (I might be biased). About 10 minutes ago, I saw a video on this car stating that it makes somewhere around 750WHP also which is pretty impressive.
There was some kind of photoshoot going on with this Fit I think…
This guy forgot his belt.
I love the Midori Green paint on this Civic
And MB Battles were a nice simple choice on this WRX
One of my favorite cars at the event was this FR-S with the Stancenation x Aimgain kit, and Work Seeker CX’s.
By now, the light was starting to get pretty harsh,
so I moved around to the back side of the hangar to catch the cars rolling in.
S/O to the perfect light on the back side.
The Celica Supra and Ruckus from the hotel showed up.
The wrap on this BMW was incredible. I couldn’t find a flaw.
We made it inside and the Aimgain FR-S was getting a lot of traffic
I loved the red and white combo on this Civic.
This G37 looked so classy.
Laguna Seca Blue is one of my favorite colors.
Finally, we had enough vapers at the location, so we got some cloud cover, and outside photos were possible.
Bryan Reid’s CTS-V Wagon looked awesome and is definitely something you don’t see every day.
This orange Chevy CST/10 was fucking rad.
I wish there were more yellow cars.
Bryan’s RS2 FR-S. It was cool to meet someone from FT86 Club finally.
This S2k looked like it was ready to hit the track.
I snapped one more photo at the end of the night while we were waiting to roll out of the hangar. Dakota ended up getting a Top 20 award with his Forester so that was pretty cool!
I had a great time hanging out at the show and shooting photos. There were so many awesome cars. If your car is in here and you want to post it on Instagram, please tag me (@dustin_faulkner). Hope you enjoy the photos, as always!
